Conditions for cancellation :

Cancellations must be made by writing to trapcat3@toulouse-inp.fr The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before 7th October 2023, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after 7th Ocotber 2023.
• Any registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, any booking made by purchase order and cancelled after 7th October 2023 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
